Sydney Buses run from Wynyard, Central Station, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Northern Beaches. Metrobus30 links Sydenham and Mosman via the city.
The Mosman Rider is free and runs 8am to 6pm every day. Hail the bus anywhere along its route.

A series of eleven guided walks that begin and end on the Mosman Rider route. Each walk has its own A4 map and set of instructions and can be downloaded here.
They are mostly level or downhill, with 1-2 hour walking times.
The website has extensive additional information about points of interest along the way as well as photos, videos and links to other sites. The Mosman Rider is a free minibus service provided by Mosman Council. It operates every day between 8am and 6pm.
